5*Terrain: Whoa! When I placed this there was a nice second trail and the trees/bushes were all in rows. With the pipeline going in The second trail is gone and the bramble growing up this cache isn’t enjoyable anymore. Thanks to all who have searched.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located within Kensington Metropark. A Metroparks permit is required: $5 daily pass, $25 annual pass, $15 Seniors. For general information and park hours please contact one of the Metroparks park offices or the Metroparks website. Park in parking lots only. All park rules and regulations apply.

This cache is located along the Milford Trail which opened in 2009. It is a nicely paved trail that runs from the YMCA on Commerce Rd. to the Kensington Park entrance on Milford Road. It is approximately 3.6 miles one way.

You can walk or bike along this trail. Bike helmets are required per the signs. There are horse trails as well.

There is also parking at the coordinates provided.

Look for the path off the path; your GPS will lead the rest of the way. You are looking for a small lock-n-lock container. Have fun!!
