This downtown North Adams cache had endured some hard times. But recent movements have helped to bring life back to this cache location. This will be an easy park and grab of a familiar find all the locals got the first time (GC2B1GE). That cache could not withstand the elements. So here's a chance for a new smiley now that the cache has been replaced and improved.
This cache is a simple park and grab for any experienced geocacher, just another in my downtown urban hides. There is parking available in the lot next to Ground Zero if you don't mind metered parking. Cache is winter friendly but is a very HIGH MUGGLE area. So use stealth when retrieving it and be sure to rehide EXACTLY where you found it. If even one muggle sees this cache it is likely to go missing, so act accordingly.
This is a nice neighborhood for geocaches, with 12 caches hidden within one mile of this hide.
And while you're here, don't hesitate to walk around a bit and enjoy the rebirth of downtown North Adams.
