Questa geocache è stata collocata in occasione del primo meetup di geohashing nella graticola 45, 9. Il geohashing è uno "sport" nerd che consiste nel far scegliere casualmente delle coordinate di destinazione ad un algoritmo e raggiungere il posto con l'aiuto di dispositivi GPS. Quale migliore occasione per nascondere una geocache in un posto dove non saremmo mai stati altrimenti? :-)
Non è difficile trovare questa cache una volta che si è raggiunti il posto, specie se la bandiera commemorativa del meetup di geohashing (che dice "Internet è stata qui") non è stata portata via. Le coordinate sono quelle del geohashing, ma la cache è molto molto vicina.
This geocache was hidden during the first geohashing meetup in the 45, 9 graticule. Geohashing is a "sport" for nerds based on randomly picking target coordinates with an algorithm and reaching the spot with the aid of GPS devices. What a wonderful opportunity for hiding a geocache in place we'd have never visited otherwise! :-)
Finding this cache is not difficult once you have reached the spot, particularly if the geohashing meetup celebration flag (reading "The Internet was here") hasn't been removed. The coordinates given are those of the geohash, but the cache is very very close to them.
