Geocache Description:

Bring your own pen or pencil... and take in the view at this P&G.

I visit my grandmother at least every other weekend I pay her bills and get her groceries and so on. The container is a magnetic key box in a guard rail, almost the center of the guard rail! I talked with the property owners on Saturday 07/28/18 on each side of this hide, both are nice folks but they don't want people on their properties and geocachers have no need to go on PRIVATE PROPERTY when the GUARD RAIL is on PUBLIC PROPERTY! the people on either side of the hide will let me keep this hide active as long as geocachers stay off of private property Thank you, I used to spend a lot of time here when I was a youngster. My Grandparents lived on this street, many of my Aunts, Uncles and Cousins live out this way too. A long time ago there was quite a bit more land out here before you could get down to the lake. There was at least one other house and a nice path down to a beach, all washed away with erosion over the years. I can still remember fishing down the hill with Grandpa, or poking around burning leaves or brush piles, or picking fresh asparagus. Every time I come back to Racine and visit my Grandma, I come here and look at the lake and remember those days. Please be mindful and considerate of those who live down here.
