As I was contemplating whether or not to place this cache I weighed the pros and cons.
CON: To cachers who are new to this sport, I am perpetuating the notion that finding a container in a guardrail is equivalent to actually discovering a nice, well-thought out hide in a beautiful spot.
CON: Cachers visiting our fair city aren't being brought to a place that represents our true beauty.
PRO: It's an easy smiley when you need numbers or when you have a Must-Cache-Day.
PRO: This one has a decent view.
PRO: I was totally intrigued by the power station being built at this site. Maybe others would also like to come look at this massive demonstration of power.
