Geocache Description:

Just another ammo can in the woods. A ways down the trail from the parking area.

This is a cache is in honor of the number Ten (10).
It was released on 10/10/10. It is on a nice rail to trails trail so if you have time take a hike.
This is Granite Town Rail to Trails trail.

This rail, built in 1893, was part of the Fitchburg railroad that connected Fitchburg,MA with Milford,NH. The main purpose of the railroad was to transport ice from Lake Pontanipo in Brookline to Fitchburg and then on to Charlestown,MA. In some places you can still see relics of the line.
