After discovering "A sweet little pond" down the road, i looked for a place to hide a second cache. As a general rule, when i am placing a cache in a remote area I like to place two. This increases the temptation to go after the more remote caches.
Here's a short walk into some creepy woods for a regular sized lock 'n lock. Maybe it only seemed creepy because I placed this during bow season and I was not wearing blaze orange. It was almost dark but there was still enough sun to cast long shadows of the trees adding to the ominous feeling of the place.
This is not posted land but there are also no signs saying "Safety Zone" so there could be hunters about. Beware of gun and bow-toting eager hunters.
