You start at the Pfuhler See, the famous Lake of Pfuhl. Your task is to follow the track to the North and to collect 11 virtual Coins. You will not only find virtual untouchable Coins. Also 11 real Bonus Caches are along the way. UUH-1, UUH-2 , … to UUH-11. The Wherigo will tell you how to find it. On your scenic way around Ulm you will hear from time to time an alarm and then you will get instructions. If you are in a noisy area, you might not hear it. So you need to look from time to time on your display. The alarm occurred at the test between 10…50m before the target destination. The zones are 100 to 200 m long and 80 to 130m wide. This is important to know. If you press to fast the OK button and you have not read the message completely. So exit the zone and enter it one more time J. At the Final and at the pre-Final the zones are only 40x40m big. Here I disabled also the alarm function. So please look at the display, to get the instruction. Some small hints telling you how to come to the next location are hopefully visible as comment at the active locations on your Wherigo Player. So if you forgot something to note, you might not reenter the zone to know what to do. It is a long bicycle trip. It could take some hours. It is a few times uphill und downhill. You might need some food and water and something to make notes. Just in case. In the Bonus-caches you will find numbers, which you might need, when the Wherigo crashes accidently and you have not saved it. The numbers are also visible in the inventory. At UUH-11 you will find a formula for the pre-Final. You do not need this formula, if your Wherigo runs smoothly. I tested it with 4 different units and found no big problems. The Wherigo runs smoothly for 6 hours on a Oregon300, ACER900DX Pocket-PC, and with the OPENWIG-Java-Midlet on a Nokia 3710 and Nokia E90 with a external Holux GPS/BT mouse. With this Java midlet the Wherigo can run on nearly on every mobile phone.
BTW: After starting the cartridge all Zones for the UUH caches are set to active but are not visible. That means, if your home location is close to the track you can start directly from your home counterclockwise on the track. After maximum 6km you should hear the alarm and you get instructions for the Bonus. With the Formula from UUH-11 you can than calculate the location of the pre-Final. The pre-final zone is set only to active if you have all coins at UUH-11. So it could be better to reenter this zone a second time, before going to the Final.

Anmerkungen auf Deutsch:
Wie Ihr schon bemerkt habt ist der Wherigo in Englischer Sprache. Ich hab den landschaftlich schönsten Weg rausgesucht. Es ist nicht immer der einfachste.
Und hier noch ein paar kurze Hinweise zu den den 4 Geräten mit denen ich den Wherigo getestet habe.
Oregon 300: Bei mehr als 7 sichtbaren sichtbaren Zonen(Locations) blockiert der Touchscreen. Ich hab den Wherigo so programmiert, dass das nicht passiert. Es sei denn Ihr geht die Runde komplett Rückwärts was Euch auch zum Ziel führt 
Nachdem abspeichern waren die Details zu den Coins und damit Eure pre-Finalzahlen scheinbar weg. Habt ein bisschen Geduld so nach spätestens 30 Sekunden ist alles wieder da. Habt auch Geduld mit dem Bildaufbau beim Oregon. Nach drücken der OK Taste um zum nächsten Screen zu kommen vergehen manchmal ein paar Sekunden bis das neue Bild angezeigt wird. Die Tonausgabe ist deutlich leiser als bei den anderen Geräten, das sollte aber nicht stören. Der Bildschirm wird beim Oregon am besten genutzt. Man muss am wenigsten scrollen um den kompletten Text zu lesen. Wie weit man scrollen muss wird leider nicht angezeigt. Bitte immer scrollen um alles zu lesen. Das sind aber alles Kleinigkeiten mit denen man gut leben kann. Gut ist, dass das Display sich nicht dunkel schaltet.
ACER DX 900 Pocket PC: Das interne GPS ist nicht besonders genau. Beim Finale und beim pre-Finale sind die Zonen kleiner. Es kann etwas dauern bis man in der Zone ist und der Text und Spoiler angezeigt wird. Die Bilder kamen auf dem Display leider sehr klein raus. Ich bin bei der empfohlen Größe geblieben, um nicht Probleme bei anderen Geräten zu erzeugen. Es war auch kein Problem mit mehr als 7 Zonen umzugehen.
OPENWIG: Die Jave variante auf den Handy lief von Anfang an am besten. Das 7 Zonen Problem gibt es nicht. Der Alarm Ton ist extra laut und bestimmt nicht zu überhören . Ein Nachteil: scrollt man einmal runter um den ganze Text zu lesen, muß man bei der nächsten Message wieder hochscrollen, sonst verpasst man Bild und Text.
Fazit: Alle Geräte liefen den kompletten Wherigo 6Std. lang absturzfrei. Ich hab kein einziges Mal abgespeichert. Wäre das nicht der Fall hätt ich die Cacheidee verworfen.

Da wird man nachdenklich. Alle Texte waren nach dem abspeichern verstümmelt. Da war nichts mehr zu gebrauchen. Nur eine ganz alte Version, so nach 50% der Arbeit und so 10 Programmiertage alt, ging noch. Da war der Schreck groß

Der zweite Schreck war das der Oregon keinen Sound von sich geben wollte. In Foren liest man dann, dass das beim Oregon und Colorado überhaupt nicht geht……. Stimmt zum Glück nicht. Dank Jeremy's SystemBeepRecorder wurde auch dieser Hürde genommen
