twilighter: The construction on the bridge changed the terrain on the south side drastically, making it much more difficult to hike down the river. As a solution, we had redesigned the puzzle and even hid a new cache nearby. But, the newly raised surface on the bridge along with the missing railings (which were removed) made this a somewhat hazardous spot for families to bring small children. So, we were waiting to re-enable the cache when new railings were installed along the bridge.
Now, with the new cache published nearby (with the EXACT same name!), it's no longer practical to keep this original cache around.
