| This office building has been realized on the Könyves Kálmán boulevard, constructed by Market Zrt. The building was designed with the original ideas as an Office building shell and core and a further 10-20 Calculated fit out phase.The final outcome still very good for a single user, was the real owner of the house and finish as a single entity, according to the demands made. Az irodaház a Könyves Kálmán Krt. 48-52. szám alatti telken valósult meg a Market Zrt. kivitelezésében. Az épület eredetileg bér irodaházi elképzelésekhez igazodóan került megtervezve shell and core illetve további, akár 10-20 fit out fázissal számolva. A végeredménynek mégis rendkívül jót tett, hogy egyetlen használója, valós gazdája lett a háznak és a befejezés egységes egészként, a felmerült igényeknek megfeleloen történt. Az épület egy, a tömeg súlypontjába helyezett fobejárattal, kétszintes reprezentatív, központi elocsarnokkal, recepciós térrel fogad, melybol a két vertikális közlekedomag közvetlenül érheto el. E térbol nyílik az irodaház belso használatú étterme, kávézója, illetve az ehhez a térhez kapcsolódik a telekbelso feloli terasz és zöldfelülete. Az I. emeleten a két irodaterületet az elocsarnok légterén áthaladó híd köti össze, felette az alaprajzok egységes egészet alkotnak. A VII. emeleten a vezetoi irodák kaptak helyet, nagyobb méretu tetoteraszokkal.
