If you got that joke, and were a teenager on the north side in the
80s, then it's likely you are familar with this particular
location. Oh, it's a quiet, nondescript place now, but back in the
'80s you might come here to see a show, watch some TVs, and maybe
dance.
Though it's also just as likely you stood perfectly still, in the
corner, too cool to risk your Flock of Seagulls hair.
