Geocache Description:

A quick P&G in a historic part of town. Also can be a LGP+ETT (let's go places and eat tastey things) destination.

Near the Clocktower apartments which are fairly spectacular converted mill buildings there is an out building which now houses a Taco restaurant.

I didn't google the history of the mills but one tidbit is the clock towers themselves that I heard. The clocks were an afterthought, the towers wer built to house the fire hoses. Apparently the cloth hoses would be eaten by rats or get moldy if not kept hung up properly.

This cache should be a quick one and while there are always muggles about it shouldn't be too bad for an experienced cacher like you to handle. It is winter accessible.
