CAMP AND CACHE

2010 EVENT

Welcome all to our first event cache!

The Event will be held at the Back Creek Road Youth Christian Camp on Saturday 04^th December to Sunday 05^th December.

Officially the Event will commence at 5pm on Saturday. The planned activities for the event will be as follows:

1700HRS	OFFICIAL OPENING / REGISTRATIONS
1800HRS-2000HRS	MEET N GREET, LIGHT SUPPER, RAFFLE
2100HRS	NIGHT CACHE
TIME	DETAILS - SUNDAY
1000HRS	GATHER AT DESIGNATED AREA , GROUP PHOTO
1100HRS	GROUP WHEREIGO CACHE

GROUP WHEREIGO CACHE:

This has been designed to allow those who do not have whereigo friendly gpsr’s.

We have two compatible systems that may be utilised for the cache.

We have been lucky enough to be able to find another site for this event due to the weather causing some trouble for the Yack Caravan Park. They have enabled people to retain their cabins if they wish.

At the time of publishing there are dorms that sleep up to 10 people, caravan/motor home sites and tent sites.

Please let us know how many are coming and what your site or dorm requirements are so we can book them for you. All sites are unpowered. Tent sites $10 per night. Caravan/Camper sites $15 per night and dorms are $20 per head per night. Those who stay in the dorms will need to bring bedding. Mattresses supplied

The Camp Site has toilets/showers, BBQ, covered areas, ample parking and space to set yourself up. Dogs allowed along as you have them with you at all times.

You are more than welcome to arrive at your leisure and do some of the caches in the area if you haven’t already done so.

We will have new caches up and running for the event on Saturday and Sunday

It would be appreciated if you can bring a plate of sandwiches/nibbles for the evening supper on Saturday to share.

We hope to see a range of our local cachers along with visitors to the area!
