This cache was placed with permission of the land/business owner.
There used to be a cache hidden here, and then it went missing. We asked the owner about it, and she knew it was missing. So, she welcomed a new cache hidden on the property. We thought this cache would be quick and easy stop for cachers going to and from the cape.
There is absolutely no need to trample in the gardens. As mentioned, the owner knows what you're looking for, so you won't be ambushed as you seek what you're looking for.
