This trail runs between Old Candia Rd and Depot Rd. Park on Depot Rd for a short hike, Old Candia Rd. for a longer hike.
I have been hiking this trail for about 8 years now. It began with my dog, Mason, who has gone on to that big farm in the sky. Now I travel with my dog, Belle. Both dogs reacted whenever we approached this stand of pine trees. Mason’s ears would go back and he seemed very hesitant to enter. Belle’s reaction was even stronger. She wouldn’t even chase her ball when it was thrown into the area. And believe me, Belle lives and breathes for that ball! Are they sensing something? Seeing something? I believe it’s always a few degrees colder in his area and a bit darker, but I could just be feeding off my dog’s reactions. I will be very interested to hear from other dog owners if your pup has any sort of reaction to the area. Could these really be.....

This area does get pretty wet in the spring from the snow melt. Not sure how easily accessible this cache will be in early spring.
Cache includes things for the geo-tots. A few different card games, some crayons and something called "Noise Putty".
