Geocache Description:

This cache is located at Retzer Nature Center. Our family likes to come here and wander the trails, check out the displays in the Visitor Center or go to the Planetarium. Last year we came with our 4-H club and pulled invasive species to maintain the natural environment. Taken from the Parks and Rec website: "At Waukesha County's Retzer Nature Center "education is the key". Retzer is dedicated to providing hands-on outdoor / environmental educational opportunities for school groups, families and adults through public and private programs. Retzer Nature Center strives to create awareness and appreciation of the environment in all patrons and visitors." You will find the parking lot at these coordinates: N43 00.914 W88 18.640. The hours for the grounds are Sunrise to 10 PM and they are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Dogs or other pets are not allowed on the grounds.

You are looking for a camoed-covered pill container. It is hidden about 20 feet off of the trail and during the summer there may be some bush-wacking involved (not really sure since I hid this in the fall). It is hidden along the Nature Trail, which is marked with the red markers. Please note that this is a walking hike, there are no bicycles allowed on the grounds. Please take the trail, until the last 20 feet or so, and stay on it so that we can preserve the natural environment. You will not have to dig, climb the trees or make any changes to the environment to find this cache. This cache is available in the winter but I wouldn't call it winter-friendly unless you are prepared to dig around in the snow for it.

Permission for placement of this cache was granted on 11/13/10 with permit #2010-14.

Also, please make sure that you put the container back into it's hiding place as you found it. My son picked this "home" out especially for the cache and we would like to see them stay together. Thanks!

Congratulations Black Belts for being the FTF!
