Geocache Description:

Traditional Cache placed in Johnson Park, Anderson Township Park District's newest park. This cache has been hidden by a park district park commissioner - hence the name. Watch for more to come.

This is a traditional cache. Be prepared to do a little walking. Park the car and start by following the old driveway which is closed to normal traffic. You will encounter some steep grades while looking for the cache. The hills can be slippery if wet. If you encounter an old rusty fence, you can cross it. Both sides of the old fence are park property. It is hidden fairly well so you will have to search for it. Enjoy the park. This is the first cache I know of that is hidden in Johnson Park. The cache was started with a travel bug I picked up at another cache, plus a puzzle, a plastic snake, a plastic turtle, a plastic rat, and a "great job" eraser! There is also a First To Find pin for the first person who finds this cache. There is also a Muggle Card if needed. Please sign the log, there is a pencil in the cache, but please bring a pen in case the lead is broken or worn.
