Geocache Description:

WCP stands for "Working Class People."

WCP is a series of caches that pay tribute to the Working Class People. As in all things, some of these made it and some failed. Hope you don't fail in finding them!

Brice loves his job as the City of Southfield's Code Enforcement Officer but it's these little things like this that upset him the most. Clearly the sign says what the fine is for breaking Southfield's "Ord. No. 6" but with all the junk at the base I don't think anyone cares. He can't even ticket the nearby homeowners because there are none. Oh well, just another day in the life of a code officer. See if you can find him here at this location.
