Micro cache hidden off Harding Road west of I-65.
A micro gecache marking an important site during the Battle of Nashville on December 16, 1864.
On Peach Orchard Hill Union forces under Gen. George Thomas attacked the defending Confederate forces under Gen. John Bell Hood on the right flank of the Confederate line. The Union assault was headed by the U.S. Colored Troops who suffered heavy casualties during the assault. Hood's forces held the hill but were withdrawn the next day.
