Geocache Description:

Do you chirp?

I saw this new fangled thing so I figured I had to to give one a try.

What is a Chirp you ask? Well, here you go:
Chirp is a wireless beacon designed specifically for the outdoor adventures of geocaching. Durable and waterproof, Chirp can communicate with, and be programmed by, any compatible wireless-enabled Garmin handheld GPS (from Garmin's website). Currently the Chirp is compatible with the Dakota 20, GPSMAP 62s, 62st, 78s and 78sc and the Oregons.

With any of these compatible devices you just need to be within 30 feet of the Chirp and it will automatically download the final coordinates right into your GPS. Of course, you need to have the Chirp function enabled (Setup>Geocaches>chirp Searching should be set to "On". If you don't see this option then you need upgrade the software on your GPS using Webupdater.)

So, with this cache if you have a Chirp enabled device, go to the posted coordinates and wait for the little guy to tell you where to go to find the final skipping all the in-between stages.

The good and bad news is that if you don't have a Chirp capable GPS then you can still do this cache with no trouble. In fact you don't need to visit the posted coordinates at all, though they will give you a good idea of where you should park. Instead you just have to go at it the long way by visiting the rest of the posted waypoints, gathering the necessary information and figuring out the final from there.

The final can be found at 44 A.B, 072 C.0D.

I have marked the cache as available in the winter, but if there is much snow, you may have some troubles.

Also, once you reach the final, there is no reason to go inside. It is not safe to do so, and I don't recommend it.
