Parking is available at Wheelock School. Enter trailhead near right field foul pole.
This site is used by the the school to bring students out to explore nature and learn about their discoveries. The town recently added a dock and a new sign to the area. Typically a class will be taken on a short loop around the pond. I attended Wheelock from grades 1-3 and absolutely everyone looked forward to the day that was spent in the Outdoor Classroom.
