Gorgues de la font de la Torre

El paratge natural de la riera de Canet, o Tornavellins,
neix sota la muntanya de Rocacorba i va serpentejant al llarg del
seu curs formant balmes, petites cascades i rabejos d'una
frondositat i bellesa molt especials.
Al seu pas pel poble de Canet es converteix en un dels
indrets més interessants de municipi, on forma les gorgues de la
Font de la Torre, d'origen volcànic, formes d'erosió alveolar
produïdes per l'impacte contra les parets dels materials del llit
del riu que arrossega l'aigua.
La remodelació de la Font de la Torre ha donat lloc a la
construcció d'una passera, una sínia i un circuit per a passejar-hi
a banda i banda de la riera.
Sens dubte, un bon lloc per parar a gaudir de la natura
tot fent un descanset o un petit mos, sempre que el temps ho
permeti.

The natural landscape of the river in Canet, or
Tornavellins, born under the mountain Rocacorba and winding along
its course forming caves, small waterfalls and lush backwaters of a
very special and beautiful.
As it passes through the village of Canet becomes one of the most
interesting places, where it forms pools in the Font de la Torre,
Volcanic origin, alveolar forms of erosion caused by the impact

water.
The renovation of La Font de la Torre has resulted in the
construction of a footbridge, a waterwheel and a circuit for them
