Famous Surrey Residents #1 Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

sandvika: Unfortunately due to some accident on Flickr where the mugshot of the resident should have been private (only used on the Geocheck), but actually became public, Google has got its hands on the photo and it now appears at the top of the search results for the cache! Thus the puzzle is no longer a puzzle and sadly there is no point in replacing the cache! It's a nice spot - someone else can grab it now!

Geocache Description:

H23212

The cache is not at the published coordinates which lie on the Polo Ground in Coworth Park, the Dorchester Group's newest 5-star country hotel, just on the Berkshire side of the border. No expense has been spared in creating the ultimate in opulence, of which X would undoubtedly approve. You could check in for relaxation and pampering, though I suspect you might disappear suddenly like thousands of others, when you see their prices.

Not a native of Surrey, X became a resident for just a year during retirement. X's presence gave rise to a media circus for the duration, much to the discontent of other residents. Still, this is an unquestionably posh area and there could have been far worse places for X to be.

In X's first career, spanning 42 years from leaving school, X rose to the very top of their profession, but within a month of realising this ambition, embarked on a radical change of path that ultimately provided a new and contraversial career lasting 15 years.

During those 15 years, new friendships were made and it was an indirect consequence of these that brought X to Surrey.

It is believed that the Pope, with whom X had an audience, put pressure on X to retire.

X's date of birth is AB/CD/EF (DD/MM/YY)
