This cache is for anyone that loves to surf, especially those that love to surf kayaks.
This cache requires you to get wet. I mean really wet as you'll need to be able to dive at least 5ft under water to read and remember a special code on a tag anchored to the bottom of the ocean. You will need to bring a mask in order to clearly read the information located at the posted coordinates. Please don't remove the cache as it is intended to remain attached to the bottom for others to find. You will not find a log or pen at this stage. Once you find the info you need, you can obtain the coordinates to stage 2 from the Ceritude link below.
