2tandogs: This cache is being archived permanently, as the old guardrail at the entrance to the new development had been removed (along with the cache) and replaced by another guardrail. It is now a fairly busy area, and I don't think the new residents would be happy with the location of the cache.

There is enough room to pull over to the side of the road while you are looking for the cache, as it is off on a side road.
