This cache is introducing a fairly new Gymnosperm in the area and one of the tallest. Local arborists are unsure of the life span of the new conifer or what native species it will most likely support but they are becoming notable landmarks.
Nice tree isn't it? There’s just one thing, as most of us already know, it isn't a tree at all! Actually it’s an artificial tree that disguises a cell phone tower. Have you ever noticed them? They’re hidden pretty well, but if you look for them, they’re easy to spot.
Having cell-towers is necessary, but with a bit of imagination and artistic touch, you can hopefully transform them in such way that very few would spot they’re fake? These Sham Shrubs have been manufactured so that you and I can communicate with each other, while protecting our delicate aesthetic sensibilities. They’re hidden pretty well, but if you look for them, they’re easy to spot.
