This is a puzzle; the given coords are for a spot where civilians are generally not welcome.

Jim of the team came out to watch the first west coast launch of a Delta IV Heavy Lift Vehicle, and decided to hide a couple of caches while he was at it. This one is related to the reason for being out here.

To get the coordinates of the cache, answer the following multiple-choice space and rocketry questions. Plug the answers into the following:
