Third in a series of RIPTA bus stop caches
Use your caching sense to find this one. "Could" be found at night but would be much more difficult. Muggles are abundant in the area. Parking is available within a very short distance. Cache was hidden using an eXplorist GC with accuracy at 16 feet.
