TeaHouse TB/GC Graveyard Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Leptoceratops: Hello!
I'm archiving your cache as it has been disabled for more than a one month and it is lost, completely damaged or inappropriate. Caches should be visited and maintained within 30 days after disabling.
Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

If there are still leftovers from container I would appreciate if other players could collect them so that there is no trash in the nature.

Happy geocaching!

Geocache Description:

*** DO NOT PUT TRACKABLES IN THIS CACHE. THEY GO MISSING!!! ***
*** YOU ALSO DON'T HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING TO GET THE CACHE. ***
*** I'M NOT FROM LATVIA, SO DON'T COMPLAIN IT'S COMMERCIAL! ***

We have a request to all people writing logs in this listing - please write in English. Not everyone can understand Latvian, and we would like to know what people are writing ;)

*** Due to NUMEROUS "lost" trackables in the cache, after consulting some local GeoCachers, the decision was made to downgrade this cache to a simple cache. You can still exchange trackables or swag in this cache, but people shouldn't rely on it as a safe-house for their trackables, since they tend to get lost in this cache. I bring my apologies to people, who lost their trackables in this cache. ***

There is a reviewer's note on 02/19/2013 that says:
"Leptoceratops Reviewer
Thanks to the owner and other players for feedback. I will keep this listing active. Enjoy the tea!"

I know that this cache is out of guidelines, however it's been favored by way too many GeoCachers, and even the reviewer.
For my defence:
1. I'm not from the country the cache is hidden in.
2. GeoCachers don't have to buy anything in order to get the box.
So please enjoy the hide and the place like everyone else.

About the place In the center of Riga, on the right bank of the canal you can find little cozy TeaHouse which offers a variety of teas from India, China, Japan, Taiwan and Sri-Lanka. There are pure teas without additives and flavored teas aromatized with oils. Here you can try any tea you like with different sweets. On the second floor you can make yourself comfortable by sitting on pillows (don’t forget to take off your shoes) and enjoy your tea. The first tea we tried here was “Mandarins”. We liked it so much that we recommend you to try it. It’s a fruit tea with a tender smell and taste of mandarins. The place comfortably fits up to 60 visitors. In case of a bigger gathering or geomeet there you should inform the staff in advance by phone (67227710). You can visit the place on weekdays from 10a.m. till 10p.m. and on weekends from 11a.m. till 10p.m. The place is not directly accessible on a wheelchair. About the cache The cache is a regular sized hermetic lunch box. It contains a log book, a pen and some swag. The cache is hidden inside the TeaHouse and you have to use the hint in order to get it. The whole idea of this cache is to show this great place to all geocachers and become the biggest container in the center of Riga. The container is in a great place and its size is ideal for trading your trackables (TB, GC, GeoKrety). Best wishes from Vilnius, Lithuania ;) Congratulations to jukis&prusak, Karlittos and lazycachers-LV for the shared FTF! We really like that the cache got such popularity.
