Wenatchee: The Apple Capital of the World. The local visitors
bureau advertises "wine touring, antiquing, fruit stands, hiking,
biking, river rafting, golfing, fishing, and festivals." Let's add
geocaching to the list.
With at least 225 caches within 3.4 miles of Waterfront Park,
this may be the most cache dense cache machine ever.
The details about the daylong sunrise-to-sunset cache machine
(start time 6:30 a.m. on March 26) are in this
forum discussion, but the official event is the after-machine
dinner.
Dinner will be at the Super China Star Buffet, 201 Valley Mall
Parkway, East Wenatchee. Be there at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, March
26, 2011.
