This one is slightly easyer than the first. However when set, water levels were high and required a lot of wading, certainly worthy of the 4.5 terrain rating.
Do not attempt to access the cache from the Western end of the bridge (well you can but you either need climbing gear or will get a lot of cuts!), access it from Eastern end of the bridge and wade under the bridge to the Western side. I would also attempt this one at night as farmers are often in the area during the day, and the cache is visible from the road. While in the area you may like to try: Follow the Water 1.
