This cache has been placed near the terminus of The Sweet Trail. At the very end is a wonderful view of Great Bay and a tribute to the Sweets for all they did to make this area a place where all can go. Take a few minutes to sit on the granite benches and enjoy the area. 400 feet from the end is another nice spot with a bench dedicated to the Channell Family who owned this piece of land until 1999.
Parking is off Bay Rd in Newmarket. Best approach is to take the trail from the parking, seemingly away from the cache. Cross the planks, and take a right at the trail intersection. Follow the white diamond markers to a road crossing that is much safer than just walking down the road for 100 yards.
Cache is a camo'd pill bottle. Please rehide as found. Dogs must be kept on leash per Great Bay Resource Protection Partnership request. PK2QXF5 Parking (Trailhead) N 43° 04.649 W 070° 54.650.
