This cache is placed with permission from the property owner.
I saw this type of cache a couple of weeks ago in my travels and loved the idea. I think some will get it right away while others may scratch their head. The difficulty rating is partly due to this being a high muggle area.
This may or may not be winter friendly depending on how much snow we get.
