Geocache Description:

This is a continuation of Sushichef's totally tye dye series. Cache is a pencil lead container, so bring a pen or pencil and tweezers to remove the log.

To remove the cap on the container, open it like you are getting pencil lead from it, and where the cap overhangs pop it up. To put the cap back on, hold over where it normally goes, then pop it back on. When you sign the log, please write your screen name initials only (e.g. DC97 for me). The log is small because it was all I could fit into the cache.

This cache is at Bellino Park, which is dedicated to Joseph Bellino, who was a three sport athlete, playing football, basketball, and baseball.

After finding the cache you could have lunch downtown, play a game of chess, find my other geocache McDonald Field Micro (GC2PVCD) or find Sushichef's cache For The Ducks (GC2FDH7). If you look for GC2FDH7 please save yourself from being attacked by ducks.

Joseph Bellino after whom this park was dedicated graduated from Winchester High School in 1956, and attended the U.S. naval academy. In 1960 he won the Heisman Trophy as a halfback.

If you know anything else about Joseph Bellino or the park itself please say so in your logs.

Free street parking is available and there are picnic tables.

Have fun caching.
