This cache is a quick urban park and grab. On street parking is available near the cache and the cache itself should be accessible year-round, night or day.
This cache is of pill bottle size. It contains a small, bound, waterproof logbook. I left a pencil inside as well, but bring your own pen just in case. Although not much of a good prize, there are 2 pins for FTF and STF. This location overlooks the highway off of a quiet side street. Parking is available, but please use stealth if need be.

I originally placed this cache because of the nice view of the highway off of a random side street I happened upon one day. I had noticed the wreathe memorial and assumed it had been placed due to a car accident death. After reading a log that another cacher posted after finding this cache, to my extreme surprise, it was brought to my attention that the memorial is actually in rememberance of a man who was murdered on the street a few years ago before I was in this area. Although a macabre discovery, this cache will remain here. To settle the nerves of anyone apprehensive of finding this cache, I did some research, and included a link to a YouTube video of the news report when the incident occured. The suspect was apprehended as well. This area is not actually the "ghetto". I assure you it is safe to cache here as well as all of the other Pawtucket "Ghetto" series caches.
