Located at the public boat ramp on Messer Street in Laconia. Muggle activity is high in warmer weather. There is no need to go anywhere near the power station that is close by. Please re-hide exactly as found.
You might want to stay a while and check out the view from this part of Lake Winnipesaukee, but don't fall in.
UPDATE JUNE 2013: The cache went missing and has been replaced with a small pill bottle in the same location.
This cache shold be Spring, Summer & Fall accessible. It may be winter friendly depending on snow amounts, though the terrain and difficulty would increase when snow is present.
