No tipping allowed! Located on what appears to be one of the smallest pieces of Essex County Greenbelt properties. This 'area' overlooks some of the finest black angus money can buy (I prefer lobsta). One time I saw a group of wine aficionados most likely sizing up dinner. Oh, and, BYOP!
