Varaždinske Toplice is the oldest thermal spa in Croatia. In the center of the city is one of the most important continental archaeological complexes: the excavations of Roman forum complete with a thermal bath that was first built in the 1st century and has flourished for 400 years.

The cache is placed in a park above the excavations. Best way to get there is to park your car near the gate of excavations, somewhere at 46° 12,633' N, 16° 25,380' E. Then proceed through the excavations, learn some history about the healing water rich in sulfur.
To get to the cache you need to go through the park. The park is a bit like a botanical garden, with many different species. some with signs giving the tree's name and origin.

The original cache was an Ahmad tea box, containing a log book, a pencil, a sharpener, and a few toys, prepared by sjalusic's 10 years old daughter, Eva. Later it was replaced by a camouflaged 670 ml (18 x 12 x 5 cm) lock-and-lock container.
