Geocache Description:

SUSSEX CACHERS SUMMER PICNIC

SUNDAY 17th JULY, 2011 from 1pm.

at EARLSWORTH, HIGH STREET,

BALCOMBE, WEST SUSSEX. RH17 6JZ

So many people turned up to last years Summer Barbecue was that it was a bit like feeding the five thousand, so this year we thought we would make things simpler by having a Picnic instead, so please bring your own food and drink. The gas barbecue will be available for anyone to use to cook their own food. This way it doesn't matter how many people turn up, and we don't need to know the numbers in advance. The more the merrier! Everything else will be much the same as the last two years.

This Event is being organized by the Sussex Cachers, but is open to any cachers that would like to attend. We have plenty of room for parking.

Please bring a raffle prize with you. The proceeds from the raffle will go towards the cost of a portaloo. Any money left over will go to charity.

As well as the raffle, we will be arranging some fun and games, including the usual Micro Trail around the woods. If you have an idea for a game please bring it along.

We just hope the weather will be fine! But if it isn't we have a couple of marquees.
