Some cemeteries maybe creepy at night but there is one that is
creepy even during the day. It is even thought to be the creepiest
in the whole state. This would be the Elder Ballou Cemetery in
Cumberland, Rhode Island. It is said that a man in a gray uniform
walks around the cemetery. If he is called out to or confronted he
disappears. No one knows who this man is. He could have been a
caretaker at one time or maybe a permanent resident of the cemetery
