Mother’s Day cache is an easy puzzle cache.
Mother’s Day cache was placed on Mother’s Day 2011, to honor all mothers.
It is an easy puzzle cache. It’s starting location is:
N 42.37.7542
W 70.39.3879
The cache is not located there, however once there, you will find a large boulder which was hand carved during the Great Depression by Roger Babson, founder of Babson College.
Read the inscription and use it to find the actual location of the cache as follows.
1)Take the second letter in the inscription and use the number that represents it’s alphabetical position, (A=1, B=2, C=3, etc.) in place of the X below, then add the two North coordinates together to find the cache.
2)Actual cache location is
N 42.37.3117 + N 00.00.X000
W 70.39.3099
The calculation is not real tricky, but a direct path to the resulting location may require some bushwhacking.
Please replace camouflage after finding the cache.
