Quick Park & Grab

You can probably get this cache without having to pay for parking

September 2012 Update - Park Access: The gate is now open when the park is open, which is from sunrise to sunset. There is now a $6.00 parking fee (like on campus) with envelopes, exact change only, and a drop box. No more parking by the gate. Free parking is out on Lewis Road, and you schlep into the park, 4/10th of a mile to the gate. The cost of a parking ticket is ~ $43

Dollar coin and a TB to move along for the FTF

This is one of many caches in CSUCI University Park (formerly Camarillo Regional Park). The first three I hid were along the Federal Youth Division road. They are meant to lure Geocachers down here. For the newbies, there are now a lot of other caches down here, ~~of which one is a multi,~~ and several are puzzles or challenges [current count is more than 45

]. This one is near the park entrance and should be easy to grab if you're tall enough

The park is open from sunrise to sunset.

Note: Ventura County turned Camarillo Regional Park over to CSU Channel Islands to maintain as a natural park and outdoor environmental science classroom in 2009. The University renamed it CSU Channel Islands University Park, and posted these rules. In the process, the casual, local user got the short end of the stick with the parking fee.
