A while ago I took a trip to the Las Vegas, Nevada area to do a few caches. I originally wanted to go toward Area 51 because I’d heard that aliens actually have a base there. Lots of people report strange saucer-like spacecraft taking off and landing at all times of night and day. Some theorize that it was the aliens that initiated first contact and are giving us secrets of their advanced technology in exchange for common minerals we have but their planet lacks. Sounds like a good quid pro quo arrangement to me. Anyway, I hoped that with a long telephoto lens on my camera I might possibly get some good photos of their ships that I could sell to the National Inquirer or some other quality newspaper.
It turns out that the rumors may be true but you can’t get anywhere within miles of the base for aliens because of chain link fences that surround the entire complex. There are surveillance cameras and signs put up in several earth languages plus strange symbols that I assume is the same warning in the aliens’ native language along with their intergalactic phone number, but it just might be some other information as well. I took a photo of one of the signs to study but I haven’t figured it out yet. If you have better luck than I did translating this, don’t give any hints in your logs, no matter how obscure or obtuse.
