You heard right, this is a park and grab skirt lifter cache. At a recent event, an all out debate broke out about quality caches. Half the group was "All about the numbers" and a smilie was a smilie the other half was all about the adventure; location ruled and finding a puzzle was rewarding. After thirty minutes of this back and forth, I realized It's All Relative. Generally, you like what you like. As long as you obey the law, you can play your own way.
So with that in mind, I submit for both groups, a puzzle and park & grab. Solve the puzzle to get coordinates within meters of the final. The hide is obvious and you be signing the log within seconds.
