The cache is hidden in a newly renovated yard of the Belarusian State Academy of Arts where students enjoy their free time between the classes. It is a nice place to take some rest if you walk around the National Academy of Science district. You can enjoy some nice modern art sculptures in the yard which I assume were created by the students of the academy. The yard is open between 6.00-24.00.
There is always somebody in the yard and somebody can always watch the yard trough academy windows so use your best stealth techniques to find the cache and log your visit.
