Geocache Description:

One more in the stoned in Kilmarnock series.

Cache is hidden just off the pavement but wheelchair user could not reach it but buggys can be parked nearby.
.
Car parking is availible on the road and in the Supermarket car park.
.
PLEASE REPLACE WHERE FOUND, IT SHOULD NOT BE A TIGHT FIT.

This has been a busy bustling area in the past, Glencairn Square was beautifully set out and the streets were crammed with shops and houses.
Just to the south was a industrial area full of all kinds of works and mills. Being very sofisticated in Kilmarnock there were also recreational facilities such as a cricket ground, tennis courts etc nearby.

At the cache location there has been a small one story building which was demolished some time in the early 1900's there has also been a larger two story building on this plot as well. Now these are gone and it it is part of Supermarket car park. Evidence of these earlier buildings can be seen on the walls of the remaining buildings, but the hearths are no longer burning and Shelly certainly can't put the kettle on.

Now the cache is a very small plastic tube, with a slight variation on the stoned theme, but the clue is still in the name.
