The Balcombe Boundaries series replaces my old Balcombe Back2Back series. The trail covers a lot of the same ground, but with nearly all new hides. It is almost 7 miles long, but you could easily divide it into two separate walks by returning to your car along the main road after doing #10. There are 24 traditional caches. They are mostly micros, but there are 5 bigger ones for your swaps.
Suggested parking is in the car park to the north of the church. If you come by train or bus you could start at #10 or #11. If you want to make a short diversion to the Pub, Tea Room or Village Shop, they are all just up the hill from #10.
Dogs are permitted, but MUST be kept on a lead for most of the walk, as you will be passing through areas where there are a lot of reared pheasants and ducks, and also several fields of cows, but these are used to lots of walkers and seem very placid.
PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ALONG ANY PRIVATE ROADS TO REACH ANY OF MY CACHES.
