This cache is hidden in the ProHealthCare Park. The coordinates above are not where it is hidden but you can use them for parking. You will need to solve the following to get the actual coordinates.

This cache is dedicated to Hack1of2. They pointed out a similar puzzle cache hidden in Ohio (so this isn't originally my idea) that they were trying to solve. I thought I'd give them one a little closer to go get. Notification for this cache placement was given to the New Berlin Parks and Rec on 7/24.
