Plum Orchard Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

fredb: An animal chewed up the box, water got inside and the contents were ruined. It's still a nice park to visit, but there's no cache at this location. Sorry.

Geocache Description:

The Plum Orchard geocache is located on the top of a hill in Nagasu Park, near the towns of Johen and Misho in Ehime, Japan. A paved path leads up from the parking lot to the orchard, and a walk through the plum trees will take you to the cache.

The cache is a tupperware-type container with a green lid. It originally contained a map of Japan, a Canadian flag, a toy lizard, a toy alligator, a pair of candles, a No Smoking sign, a can of flower seeds, and a Miffy coin bank. It was also the new home of Banana Joe, a travel bug from Tennessee, USA.

The parking lot for Nagasu Park is at:
N32° 58.513' / E 132° 32.947'

You can't walk straight to the cache, but you don't have to do any dangerous climbing. Just follow the path as much as possible.
