Geocache Description:

Out in the deep reaches of Diamond Hill State Park, there is a small family plot containing "A Patriot of the Revolution" by the name of Charles Scott. This is Cumberland Historical Cemetery #31, the Scott Lot.

With only three (marked) graves of his immediate family, this small cemetery is in reasonably good shape as the two unbroken stones are quite legible. This is a nice hike out into the woods and is located just off one of the main trails. There is minimal bushwhacking to the actual cache (located just outside the cemetery), however the terrain can be difficult at times in getting to this location.

As always, please show the utmost respect for this hero and the area. Please do not move any stones in the cemetery or the nearby walls. (And as pointless as it seems, please keep this search to daylight hours only. Common sense.)
